How our beer is made… burglar proof ☺
We like good things. We like works of art. Like Craft Beers, the result of a tradition going back to ancient times. We are so passionate about these extraordinary beers that we have travelled thelength and breadth of Italy to find out more about it, and to meet theattentive farmers and expert master brewers.
To be a craft beer, a beer needs to comply with several characteristics set by stringent laws.
In particular, it cannot be pasteurized or microfiltered and it must be made by a smallindependent brewery, which is not allowed to produce more than 200,000 hectolitres ayear.
We have carefully studied and deciphered the mysteries of craft beer, selecting the best quality ingredients and taking care with every stage of the production process, until we were able to create what we found to be the best recipe.
The four natural ingredients in our craft beers are water, barley, yeast and hops, all guaranteed by our experts and grown or picked locally, so we can call them “zero kilometre”.
The skills of our master brewers lie in transforming these ingredients into a beer – work of art…
